Marin Four Corners 2 Touring Bike XL

This is a custom built Marin four corners touring bike that's has been built up from a frame up and is mainly brand new unused parts. It's a ready to ride bike that would make a great world touring bike, commuter bike or gravel bike. The bike has been built up with durability, reliability and simplicity in mind with all modern components but a kind of retro aesthetic. The four corners is a bomb proof, comfy and upright bike that's got mounts for every piece of luggage imaginable. It's a very big bike too so would be ideal for riders 6ft-6,8" Im a bit of a hoarder and had a load of cool parts so figured I may as well build a cool bike for someone to enjoy rather than have a load of stuff sitting in storage. The frame is a 2025 Marin four corners touring bike 2 frame that is brand new in size XL. It's the fanciest bike in the four corners range with their nicer steel and 12mm thru axles front and rear. It comes with full manufacturers warranty. Rrp of the frame alone is 900€. It's a brilliant bike for tall people looking for a comfortable touring, commuter or gravel bike and if you're over 6'4" and looking for a comfy bike it's is one of the largest frames you can buy. With the 50mm stem it's ideal of someone 6ft-6'4" but if you're taller than that I can swap out a longer stem to make it even bigger. I've built it with a durability, simplicity and reliability in mind that performs well and is affordable and easy to maintain. It's got a Microshift advent 1x9 wide range drivetrain with a bar end shifter. The cassette is 11/46t so there's plenty of gearing. A reliable shimano cues crankset rounds out the drivetrain. Everything is new and unused. The brakes are some proto shimano cx75 mechanical disc brakes again specced for reliability and ease of maintenance. Levers are tektro and rotors are 180mm magura rotors that are 2.0mm thick for added durability and more stopping power for larger riders or when riding fully loaded.
