Brake surface excellent , running smooth and true. 28" (700c) 11 speed (10 with spacer) shimano Freewheel (Cassette not included) Rim height 21mm Quick release. Tyres and tubes are not included. Can post for an agreed cost. Only reasonable offers will be considered.
