Orbea Keram 10 EBike - Service report included

Bought 2023 currently 3905km, used for city commute only. Am 5 foot 8. Chain, Tires, Cassette, Brake disks, pedals and pads all changed around 2500km by myself. Bike is well cared for am selling as leaving Cork. Chain currently waxed and wax included with pictures if wanted, the wax can be easily removed with boiling water if would rather use oil Included spare brake disks the next size up with spacers to fit Tires are puncture resistant Included engineer report done on 15/10/26 at 3881 km, proving healthy battery and motor, noting rough rear hub bearings and slight play in pedals. Pedals are safe other than the aggressive spikes being a danger to shins Rear hub is a waste of time servicing as the part is cheap and crap costing 30e and due to crap plastic parts may not even solve the issue costing 3 times more in labour to service, currently does not affect ride but makes noise when on a stand which I have and can show. Rear hub should still have 500/1000 km of usable life in it and would recommend replacing the entire wheel at failure instead of service or replacing part as the part needs the entire wheel to be deconstructed and reconstructed to replace and the labour costs would be more than just buying a new wheel with a new rear hub included which would be about 150e. Only thing not included from pictures is the rear and front light, also have another mirror for the other handle bar.
