Read this bit properly — these are project bikes. Both have sat idle a few years: Both need new tyres and tubes. The rubber has degraded from standing. Budget €60–80 for four tyres and tubes if you fit them yourself. Both need a service: chains cleaned and lubed, gears re-indexed, cables and brake pads checked over, wheels trued. What's not wrong: frames are straight and sound, wheels spin true enough, gearing and brakes are all present and correct. Nothing is broken or missing — they've simply been neglected rather than abused. So: budget roughly €70 on top for rubber, spend an evening on them, and you've two decent greenway bikes with racks, lights and mudguards already sorted — bikes that were €600+ each new. €70 for the two.
