Honda 30hp four stroke

Honda 30hp 4 stroke come with controls power leads gear cables, power trim and tilt new prop,starter, fully serviced last season inc tbelt ,impeller etc.absolutely spotless engine. BAD point only issue something has gone wrong while being stored over the winter and will only turn on crankshaft about 180o and then locks might or might not be a easy fix pm for more details Would be definitely interested in doing a deal on an other engine 9.9 up to 20hp ish Not worried about the condition once running well has to be a short shaft 2 stroke but would ok but would rather a 4 stroke
