17’ boat

I bought this boat last year and bought the engine separately. 50hp 2 stroke self mixing tohatsu outboard. Unfortunately I caught with the engine had it in the water all last summer was running but always seemed down on power seemed to be and intermittent problem tho as it would sometime get bursts of power while full throttle. The problem seemed to get worse by the end of summer. Was planning on trying to get it sorted for this summer but I’ve not been able to find the time to put get the work done. The boat itself solid out flies it on the water. The trailer is a bit rusted but would clean up with a bit effort. So I’ve decided to just cut my losses and sell it as is as I’m prob just gonna try get something that doesn’t need work as I dont have the time to sort this one. Open to reasonable offers
