Water heated from engine cooling water through coil in insulated copper cylinder. Accommodation heated by warm air heater using diesel oil. Mechanical: 45hp Mercedes OM636 diesel engine through ahead/astern gearbok onto prop shaft.. Back up 4hp Mariner engine on extending bracket on transom. Seperate starting battery. Boat recently rewired using 12v fused switchboard. 3kw inverter /shower power feeding sockets via changeover switch. 2 x leisure batteries charged either from engine while running or by solar panel mounted on forward cabin roof.. External: Forward and rear facing spotlights. Deck LED lights. Nav lights, Mast, grab rails on coach roof. Stainless steel swim platform. Anchor stowed forward deck with approx 30m anchor chain. Canvas cockpit cover (new 2025). Underwater hull antifouled 2025. Hatch on deck for fwd cabin and on coachroof over aft cabin General: The boat is in very good condition and currently in regular use.
