36ft cruiser Boat, Open to offers

This is a 36ft steel cruiser, in need of total refurbishment. It's a project that once completed will make a fabulous boat to either have as a live aboard or cruising the river Shannon. The heating was installed roughly 8 years ago and very seldom used. It has two double cabins and two toilet and shower rooms. There is a large seating area and gally kitchen.
