38’ sailing boat

Sailing boat for sale,Built in 1984 the boat was shown at the London Boat Show where it was bought and has been in the same family since new.The boat is a 3 cabin ketch built to a very high standard and has been well maintained.The saloon is spacious with lots of light and views of the surroundings.The hull is particularly thick and in good condition it’s original gel.The engine is original and was rebuilt in 2019 and runs great Volvo MD30A 62HP hours on engine 5350.The standing rigging is original but in good condition.Sails Genoa and Main sale included (not in great condition)there is no mizzensail the inside steering position is not functional but could be reconnected.
