Boat Birchwood

l've owned this boat for three years. A lot of work has been done, including installing new plywood in the rear deck. The kitchen, TV, 220-volt power supply, plumbing, and toilet were built from the new plywood. Everything works perfectly. The Volvo Pento diesel engine has been upgraded to a dual-circuit cooling system. Everything has been serviced and requires no investment. Two batteries, a new Webasto independent heating system (which runs on diesel from the main tank, so there's no need to constantly monitor the fuel level) was installed. There's an emergency Yamaha gasoline engine, a new awning, and a new parking awning. A 350-degree floodlight and a fish finder were installed. Everything was purchased new. Everything is included. A trailer with brakes works perfectly. Delivery is possible throughout Ireland. The reason for selling is the purchase of a larger boat, which requires no investment. A water test is possible. This is not a project, but a ready-to-use boat. It doesn't require parking on the water. We traveled to different locations and launched the boat after the walk, always on dry land.
