Broom skipper 30

Late 70s broom skipper 30.single engine Perkins 4236 70hp diesel. Bought late last season as an entry level family boat. Perfect opportunity for someone to do same. Gas oven/grill and hob. Two singles to front and a pull out couch in the galley that can sleep 3. If all adults it’s a 4 berth but if one child is 10 or under it’s 5 berth. I’ve just had the survey completed so valid for 5 years. Works complete since taken out -generous shore power with some usb - 2 long windows to front re-bedded sealed - gas alarm connected to boat dc power -co2 alarms -smoke alarms -freshly anti fouled Great boat. Handles very well. Low draught and air draught (bridges/water dept).launching march 1st.
