COX 27 Motorsailer

Cox 27 Motorsailer , Beta 28hp engine , built 1999 4 berth , self Furling mast and foresail. Steering controls inside and also in cockpit, new steering wheel fitted 2024 Boat had extensive work carried out in 2024 and 2025 , Windows removed and sripped down , frames re- anodised and glass resealed into frames .windows sealed and refitted, All railing and mast removed and reseated, New navigation gear, Garmin chartplottor and sonar , vhf with ais reciever, and anometer all fitted 2025 at cost of 2500 euro . Boat was professionally painted in 2024 with a total of 10 coats of international toplac plus , lines also hand painted . New antifowling in 2025 International micron 350 used , and new nodes fitted New Doors made from teak also fitted , New bildge pump , New through hulls and valves Engine removed in 2025 , rewired , all new coolant pipes and fuel lines , and full service including impellor , engine has 500hrs in total on it . Boat has hot and cold water , in galley and bathroom , two ring cooker and grill and three way fridge , and shore power. Boat has been fully insulated in all areas and new wall covering fitted , new head liner in cabin amd main salon also , Spot lights fitted in main salon . Sails were re- stitched in 2025 and only a few hours of sailing on them , all winches serviced , new haliards and sheets fitted 2024 , all controls lead into the cockpit for easy single handed sailing. All rigging in excellent condition and down led spot lights fitted, New tri colour fitted and nav lights fitted. Over 20k spent on in refurb. 6.5 knots engine and sails nicely at 5 knots .
