Aqua Viva is a Montevideo 43 built in 1979 by Fred Schultz Marine in South Africa. She is a very space safety and stability. She has a very strong hull , mast and rigging. A lot of refurbishment has been done in the recent years, completely reupholstered, new Anchor windlass and chain, hot water, lazy jack mainsail reefing, new propeller and deep sea seal / A new Yanmar 56hp diesel was fitted in 2009 and is very reliable. The sails are in good serviceable condition. Due to failing health i have to sell her as i cant maintain or sail her. I have been out of action for the past two years so she needs some jobs done , reseal hatches and a general tidy up. She can be sailed and enjoyed at the same time . She really needs someone who is handy with their hands and will give the new owner a beautiful and magnificent boat at a very reasonable cost.
