Dutch barge, type Kaganaar, 14m x 3.5m x 0.7m. Flat bottom, shallow draught, keel cooling. Originally a riveted iron workboat, built around 1900. Converted to motor houseboat, probably 1970's. New Mitsubishi 4 cylinder 50HP diesel engine and gearbox. Good size double cabin with huge wardrobe forward. Galley / dining area midships. Full size gas cooker / fan oven, sink, 12 volt fridge.
