Gib'sea 76 sailing cruiser and family boat

27ft Gib'sea 76 for sale on lough derg. This French built boat has all hallmarks of a much bigger cruising yacht but in a perfect size boat for inland waterways/coastal sailing. Ideal for sailing enthusiasts and as a family holiday boat, this 6 berth Gib'sea gives its owner the best of both worlds. A well known boat on the lower lough derg, she is a great club racer which has given me years of happy days on the water. Its 1.5m fin keep gives great stability on the water and the reefing fully battened main sail and furling genoa give great versatility and control in gusty conditions. Her double aft cabin means this boat can sleep 6 and onboard kitchen area, and head (toilet) means she is a perfect boat for getting away for a few nights on lough derg and beyond. I have done two weeks holiday cruising around lough derg on this boat in comfort. She has travelled up as far as banagher mast up and easily goes up the scarriff river.
