MacGregor 26x Power Sailor Yacht

Fine example of this sought after power sailor with twin rudders, swing keel & unique water ballast system. 1998 MacGregor 26x, Irish owned from new - I am the second owner and have owned her for 5 seasons now. A huge amount of time & money has gone into this boat (all documented with receipts) and only selling to upgrade to a larger yacht. It really is the essential do-anything family boat, we have sailed the south coast extensively, knee boarded & towed doughnuts - fished, cooked, entertained etc. Will sleep 6 at a push but 4 adults comfortably, separate heads with electric flushing toilet and sink unit, galley with gas hob, sink & running water. Spacious, bright roomy modern cabin with standing head room - dining/ chart table & lots of seating options & storage. During my ownership I have replaced or upgraded every significant item on the boat including sails, running & standing rigging, engine, steering, electrics, plumbing, window panels, ballast gate valve and keel hardware (Stainless bracket, bolt & pivot pin) all original parts from Blue Water Yachts (main MacGregor dealer in USA) were used. Spinnaker: good condition Lowrance GPS, Sounder & Depth (2025 with UK Ire map card) on steering console. Hand Held VHF 2024. Various anchor options, lots of fenders, dock lines & spare ropes. Deck filled - 70ltr water tank, pumped water to galley sink & to head sink unit. Gas 2 ring Hob. 100w Solar Panel & controller feeding house battery - interior lighting, multiple USB points. Bluetooth waterproof speakers. Interior & all original cushions etc in excellent condition - Cockpit cushions excellent!
