Norman 23 for sale. I am selling my norman due to buying a new boat. It is a light project with the cabin needing refitted. I have done quite a lot of work to this boat including- Full electrical system, new lights inside and out. Brand new leisure battery and system. New solar panel to keep charge. All windows taken out and resealed Brand new cover fitted to a high standard 3 months ago. Recently antifouled and painted in the last month.
