Outboard engine

Yamaha 2 stroke 4hp Was in use up until last year, was running but only stayed running with the choke set half way, would probably need the carburettor cleaned. I never winterised last year, so the fuel would need to be drained and new fuel put in before starting. New spark plug and anode fitted last summer.
