Staff were helpful and knowledgeable.  I was amazed  at how quickly the were able to have the parts delivered. I made my order at 12.00 and the parts were delivered by 12.00 the following day. This would be unremarkable if I was living in Dublin but I am west of Dingle. Great job MP D.

Great customer service today. I asked one of the young men behind the desk about fasteners, he was super helpful.

We could not find the correct ones (out of stock) he was called away to answer a question for another customer, when he finished he came back to me straight away, apologised to a small que of people, sorted me out and offered to order more if I needed them or exchange them if they were the wrong size.

I bought a few packs unfortunately one of the washers in one pack was missing, which meant it could not be used. He got straight back to helping the que out, after I finished.

I'll be back and not just to get a new washer. Great service.
