Plywood and teak sail boat

Lovely 4.5m sailing boat. Marine ply. Wooden mast. No sail Or boom. Needs minor repairs and and good sanding and painting on deck and cabin. Hull paint is good. Just the deck and teak cabin to be sanded and oiled/varnished/paint Outboard mount. Excellent for rivers and lakes as well as coastal Sailing. Drop keel. Great for shallow fishing. Cuddy is large and comfy. Comes with a yard trailer not road trailer. Call to discuss. Would make a great fathers project, TY project or just a perfect little boat for solo sailing. It’s a very good strong boat. I’ve another so I don’t need it
