River cruiser/live aboard

Built in 1963 in Rooskey. The previous owner undertook extensive restoration works over the years. She was in need of some further repairs to hull. Now ready to re launch but will need further work to the cabin panelling. At this stage the layout of rear accomodations could be changed to suit. She has a new vetus engine with associated equipment and only 600 hours done. All paperwork and photos of work details available. This is a well designed 35ft boat. Current layout as follows. Double birth in bow Galley with diner, converts to single birth Helm large space and easy to enter both sides this mid ship style. Easy to manouvre as you can see all of boat from helm position Stern 2 birth set out as seating and storage. This could easily be changed to something different. Swim platform below rear outside seating.
