Sailing boat 23ft

Hi, I'm selling my project boat due to a lack of time. She's a halcyon 23ft from the 1970s, I think. It's a lovely little boat very elegant in the water, very stable. She was last in the water 4 year ago. I will warn it is a big project, there is still lots that needs to be done. The inside has been gutted. Needs new timber work, eletrics need to be sorted and a good clean on the inside of hull. Inboard motor is a 5hp petter diesel, will need repair or would be easier to replace it. Sails are in good condition, dry stored as is mast. Trailer is not in the best condition. it may go for a short journey. The trailer has 4 new tyers and 4 new wheel hub bearings (not fitted yet) also new tow hitch also not fitted yet
