Bottom of boat was replated last year ,,needs interior work done ,,floor was done in wheelhouse ,,new dash board,new stainless steel fuel tank ,new hydraulic steering,new alternator and reconditioned starter,,, electric winch for ankor,,there’s septic tank in front of boat just needs to be connected,two bedroom s ,wheelhouse and front cabin ,,engine and gearbox serviced and new water pump impeller replaced,new senders for new gauges also put on engine ,lights and horn on outside replaced,,would make nice houseboat ,,outside was painted and antifouled painted underneathjust needs inside to be finished 38 foot long ,selling for a friend who got sick and hasn’t time to finish due to bad health ,,wouldn’t take much to finish her ,,Perkins 6236 engine
