"Mindfulness"- Ladybird For Grown ups Book

Remember the Ladybird books we enjoyed as kids?- well, now Ladybird have brought out a series just for us as adults, with the aim of "teaching Grown ups how to cope with the world around them". It even has lovely little illustrations throughout the book, just like our childhood ones had! This little book is just one in the hilarious series for Grown-ups, titled "Mindfulness". We often hear of people practicing Mindfulness these days, and we all have at least one friend or family member who is big in to meditation, grounding and all those kind of practices, or just that someone in our lives who's always being told to "chill out!"- this book is for them!, or for you, if you want to learn more about it in a laugh out loud, llight hearted way! It's the perfect little coffee table or bathroom book for your guests to flick through to give them a laugh, while bringing back some childhood nostalgia too! It Would even make a funny little stocking filler or secret santa gift for a loved one who you think could do with it this Christmas, who taking offence by it! I have included photos of just a few of the pages from the book, just so you get an idea of what its all about- it really is such a funny little read!
