Retold by the famous Oxford Inkling member Roger Lancelyn Green and published by Golden Pleasure Books. This book is heavily collected due to the stunning, bold mid-century illustrations throughout by the legendary paper engineer and artist Vojtech Kubasta. Dust Cover: Present and structurally intact, which is incredibly rare for this title. It features a couple of very minor vintage edge tears but presents beautifully. It has been kept safely inside a loose plastic protective sleeve to prevent any further wear. Binding & Boards: Strong, flat, and tight hardback boards. Interior: Clean, bright pages with incredibly vibrant color printing. There is a neat historical Christmas gift inscription on the inner page dated "Xmas 1966".
