Attic water storage tank

60-gallon / 250 litres ‘coffin’ style, attic water tank, black resin/plastic, Wavin brand, with heavy-duty all-covering lid. Fitted with ½” feed ball cock, three X ¾” outlets, two of which have gate valves; and an overflow outlet. All fittings watertight. 10 years old, good condition, tank being changed to fit with building adjustment. Apologies for cement dust on tank in pictures
