Also suits an everyday slabber or plasterer or builders Its not a gimmick, its a must have tool when slabbing ceilings, i can show you it in action on meeting Big 4 inch bearing wheels with it It starts off at 4ft high to the centre of the board, The tray that holds the board tilts to the sode so you can lift the 8x4ft boards onto it easier With the turn of a wheel you can send the board up as far as 11ft high, leave it braked while you screw the boards in place off a ladder or hop up.
