business partner fire safety

I am considering looking for a business partner, to help me drive my new (startup ) fire safety equipment and maintenance service business. I want somebody who can take and manage maintenance contracts and assess businesses for fire safety equipment locations/placement to code. They must have a recognised fire safety / inspector certification with at least 3 years experience in the fire safety equipment business. The must also be involved in day-to-day marketing and sales and be good with people. This is a great opportunity for somebody to get in on this business from the ground up. The branding and website is ready to launch as will the online shop shortly. However, I will not be chasing subscription and maintenance contracts until I have somebody on board who can handle that side of the business. I have over 30 years experience running a business and that business is primarily in branding and marketing., with other experience in business development and property development. I have also experience with some of my clients being in the fire safety business so I have picked up quite a bit of useful information from that and others in the business.. I also have manufacturer and suppliers in place for the equipment. Your initial investment will be your time and expertise until such a time the business is making sufficent regular, predictable / scalable income organically to pay you (and me) a basic salary and more later. High level of drive, reliability and commitment required..
