Located on a busy, picturesque street just moments from the iconic St Colman's Cathedral, the salon benefits from excellent visibility, regular foot traffic and additional exposure during Cobh's popular tourist and cruise ship season. Beautifully Renovated & Ready to Operate The salon has been fully renovated and professionally decorated in a cohesive, modern and timeless style, creating a stylish, welcoming environment for clients. The building's exterior has also recently undergone a complete renovation, further enhancing the appearance and appeal of this prime location. Fab Lab is being offered as a turnkey business opportunity, including: - Three fully equipped nail stations, providing excellent capacity for future growth. - High-quality professional equipment, including built-in high end dust collectors and specialist nail equipment. - Beautifully furnished reception and client areas. - Modern, cohesive interior design and recently renovated building exterior. - Substantial professional nail product stock. - Established branding and online presence. - Large existing client base and excellent local reputation. - Attractive central location with rent of just €150 per week, subject to agreed lease arrangements. With three workstations already in place, the salon offers excellent scope for further growth without the expense of setting up a business from scratch. Serious enquiries welcome. Further information, inventory details and viewings available upon request. Open to negotiation.
