We are seeking a highly organized, meticulous Project Administrator & Executive Secretary to manage the operational foundation, regional filings, and data coordination for an elite transatlantic material culture project. This position begins as a structured, part-time contract with full work-from-home flexibility. However, for a candidate displaying exceptional corporate discipline, operational initiative, and flawless execution, there is direct, significant potential for rapid career advancement. As our funding structures expand and our international footprint solidens, this foundational role is designed to scale directly into a Full-Time Executive Director or Chief Operations Officer (COO) position, reporting straight to the Managing Director from our regional hub As the project successfully meets its digital archiving and public launch milestones, the successful candidate's responsibilities and compensation will systematically elevate to include: • Corporate Oversight: Transitioning from executing basic filings to structurally designing and commanding our entire compliance registry and regulatory framework. • Team Leadership: Orchestrating and managing future administrative staff, junior researchers, and vendor implementation teams across Ireland. • Trust & Board Relations: Acting as the primary, high-level corporate liaison between the Managing Director’s desk and international philanthropic boards, wealthy trusts, and legal counsel.
