Technical support partner wanted for website biz

I’m looking for someone to handle technical support, and hacking issues plus general technical issues as they arise for client websites that we manage. Most of the sites are WordPress. We generally update content and plug-ins but don’t do any major technical fixes because that is not our main skill. We are graphic designer.s. I need somebody who will react within hours to fix a client site if there’s a problem that we can’t fix . Perhaps add a technical support ticket system or hotline to manage technical support for us, so long as we can still make a decent profit from it. Part of this arrangement will be that whoever provides the technical support will also help drive the visibility and SEO of our business website because if we get more business so will you. Currently, we are using companies in India but they are very slow to react and often there are translation issues and availability issues. If we got the right technical support partner, we will also put new website builds and digital marketing services your way.
