It is brand new, I purchased it directly from the DJI store and I have filmed with it for 4 days since I first activated it about 13 days ago, there is not a single problem wrong with this product, not even a single scratch. It is also under a 2 year DJI Warranty until April 2028. I am selling it because I intend to buy the Osmo Pocket 4 Pro.
