1993 Camper Van - needs small works

1993 Swift Kon-Tiki 640. Built on Talbot Express with 2.0 Ltr Diesel Engine and Power Steering. 6 Berth - with Large over head sleeping area, Double in Main Cab and full King size in U Lounge at rear. Lots of storage Over head, under seats and in Wardrobe. Fridge Freezer works off Gas and Electric Plug in and can be setup to work on 12V from Battery when driving. Water Heater works on Gas and Electric. Onboard Water and Waster Water Gas Oven and Hob (3 Rings are working one is not). Will come with Gas cylinder. Space for 2 x Leisure Batteries and will come with 2 Batteries although only one was ever hooked up. New Sargent EC160 PSU Unit installed 2 years ago. Will come with all usual hook up cables plus some possible extras collected over the years. Also Leveling Blocks and some maintenance kits (Jack, etc). Rear Bike rack for 3 Bikes 250 Liter Storage Box on roof with lots of space to store larger items such as Kayaks etc on roof also. This unit will need some work as the clutch is gone hence am selling as time has gotten away from me to fix. CVRT out since last November. The unit is solid with only 104,000miles on the clock. Timing belt has been replaced 1000km ago. Front Brake disks and Pads have been replaced at approximately the same time with bushels and Joint Boots replaced also. All rust was sorted at time of last CVRT but as with any unit of this age it will need to be looked at. Extra Safety belts were installed in rear facing passenger seats which under the grandfather rule allows 2 further passengers in rear facing seats (3 Passengers + Driver). No Awning on unit when we purchased but it has never bothered us as we use a tent sail off the side (will be supplied). Given the age of the unit it is in decent condition but could do with some attention. Would be perfect first van for someone with some mechanical know how just to get last few bits sorted but we had some great times as a family in this van. Can be driven on Car License and easy to handle.
