2004 Mercedes Sprinter/Benimar Camper Van

Rare opportunity to buy a genuine factory-built Benimar motorhome on the highly regarded Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 316 CDI chassis. This is an Irish vehicle from new – not an import and not a conversion. The Benimar motorhome body was factory-built on the Mercedes chassis. It is the sought-after T1N-generation 316 CDI, powered by the excellent 2.7L 5-cylinder turbo-diesel, renowned for durability and longevity. Just over 42,000 miles from new. I have owned it for around 10 years and have only added a couple of thousand miles in that time. It passed its CVRT in September 2026 and has been stored indoors during the winter, as can be seen from the photos. Unlike many 6-berth motorhomes, this has 6 belted travelling seats. I had two additional seatbelts professionally installed by Parfit, specialists in this type of work, with receipts available. Excellent family layout with three double sleeping areas: - Large over-cab double - Front dinette converts to a double - Spacious L-shaped rear lounge converts to a large double The rear lounge makes a particularly comfortable living area during the day. Rear bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower, plus an external shower. Plenty of overhead storage and a full-length wardrobe. All fitted appliances are working. 42,000 miles • 6 berth • 6 seatbelts • fresh CVRT • factory-built Benimar • Mercedes 316 CDI • excellent interior • very lightly used Selling only because the kids have gotten older and we simply don’t use it enough anymore. A genuinely well-minded, exceptionally low-mileage camper in excellent condition inside and out, on the desirable Mercedes Sprinter 316 CDI.
