It's very easy to give this company a 5 star rating, from start to finish they were incredible to deal with. From our first meeting with salesman Richard through to the handover process with Leon, our experience was fantastic. We bought a Chausson 630 First Line from Richard, he allowed us so much time , we asked so many questions as we were first time Motor home owners and every question was answered . Richards knowledge and experience led us to the perfect machine for ourselves. A few weeks later we got collected from Belfast train station by Leon and he gave us a handover tour which was excellent, every last detail was explained to Trish and myself and there was no rush to get us out. Our experience with Central Motorhomes in purchasing our New Motorhome was outstanding, I couldn't recommend the company highly enough, the atmosphere around the whole place is so warm and friendly from the office staff to the mechanics and to all the staff. Leon and the gang are outstanding, with great service and the patience to answer the hundred and one questions from a newbie like me (both pre and post sale). Despite living in Cambridge I am so glad that I bought from these guys and the flights to Belfast and ferry back with my new van started off our new adventure perfectly. The second time we have bought a motorhome from Central Motorhomes and this was every bit as smooth a purchase as the first. Once we had spotted a van which we liked and which suited our changed requirements, we made contact with Leon and arranged a visit, taking our current camper with us. When we had been given a full viewing and decided to purchase, we were offered a good part exchange figure and the deal was quickly done. These guys are a pleasure to deal with, they know their stuff and can answer any queries the customer might have. They are also very thorough in preparing the purchased motorhome for the road with an excellent handover and questions addressed patiently. The paperwork for the old and new vans was also dealt with promptly and efficiently. Whilst I dealt with Leon for the sale and handover it was Richard who looked after the admin and both combined to make this another satisfying purchase.
