Stephen at the service department was great and helped me out when I was in a tricky situation.  I brought my campervan in while I was travelling the wild Atlantic way because my ad blue pump had failed and I never had enough miles left on the countdown to get home. I dropped my van off at 12:30, they gave me a lift to my hotel, had the pump in stock and fitted it that afternoon and dropped the van off at my hotel at 17:30, great service and very helpful! The total cost actually worked out cheaper than what I would have paid back home in Scotland.  Highly recommend.  Thank you again.

Recently purchased a car with Adrian in Volkswagen Sligo, I had a deposit paid on a car in another garage and on the off chance I phoned him last minute to enquire about a car on the website, the customer service was the best I have ever came across, I knew instantly that I would purchase from this garage after my initial phone call with him! Amazing experience overall!

Stay Well Away From This Place And Chis In The Service Department, Got A Puncture And  Left My Car In To Get Tyre Replaced Got Charged Over €400 For Tyre And Tracking And They Destroyed The  Face Of My Alloy Got Alloy Replaced And Money Back For Tyre As Tyre Was Only 6 months Old And 8K Done On It Yet Chris In Serviced Department Didnt Know Vw Tyres From New Have 3 Year Insurance On Them  And Tried Blaming The AA Truck Guy For The Damage To Alloy Lucky He Had Photos To Prove It Wasnt Him, Going back to December 24 had agreed a price on my car to get work done with stephen when my wife went to collect the car stephen was off that day and had to deal with chris who decided to  charge her an extra €124 for nothing could not explain what the extra €124 was for and he wasnt long putting back the money on my card after a talk with me just bought a new car in july drove 90 mins further up to letterkenny to buy due to chris in the service department in sligo.
