Great experience and very happy customer! This is my second time to buy a car from this dealership and I really recommend. The service from the moment you arrive and throughout the whole buying experience is excellent. Also I’ve had my previous car with them for services and never had any issues and they are very helpful. Big shout out to John Wong, who has been one of the nicest, kindest people I have ever dealt with, he went above and beyond to ensure I was more than happy with everything. He made the whole experience hassle free and truly such a pleasure!!  Also shout out to Toma who was so kind and helpful during the handover that the whole experience was wonderful. Great service from staff who couldn’t do enough for me. The sales agent, Nader, drove to another Frank Keane on a Friday evening to make sure my car would be available for Saturday morning.
Collecting the car, Toma went through all the extra’s on the car.

Great service from these guys. Nader was brilliant, found the car I wanted & got a fantastic deal on a trade-in. A very quick & hassle free transaction & the whole crew at Liffey Valley are very nice to deal with. The car itself was as described & handed over in immaculate condition. So nice to encounter high level customer service. I certainly recommend this crowd.

If letting them service your car, dont expect too much from them and expect the unexpected error.

*No point to confirm the job list before the booking, since they will be down by different person, the person who talked to you might not even know that they are talking about,

*Don't bother to leave a message in the confirm booking page either, it will not get read.

*No point to choose to have your car washed in the option, it'll not get wash anyway. (If you see it being unwashed when arrived, you could ask them, "if there is anyone who ain't busy chating with one of their own" , you can ask them to get it wash as agreed , so expect to wait an extra few hours.

*Self Serving coffee machine has no milk in it.  In that 2 hours of waiting I had around 4 milkness cappuccino which taste like tea,  (I would be supprised if they say it's not a self serving machine since there were no one there ever)

*When they say you can collect your car, expect to wait for another few hours after you arrived.

*They don't reset your service counter and inspection counter(shouldnt this be in the check list of their vw official service guildline to reset if after the service? Wonder if there is any.)

*Even give you a scratch on the door as a compromise.

Lesson learned, they don't need customers, they have enough.

*** Gosh! Opened my bonnet and check on my engine today, engine oil is everywhere over the engine crankcase cover!! Omg!! This is by far the worse! worse! worse! I've ever seen in my entire life! It's worse then an immature DIYer who doesn't know how to fill up their oil and made a total mess!! Let's hope this didn't happen when he/she had the coil out or spark out! Gosh!
