Disappointed with the overall experience.
Had my cars booked to transfer my dual controls from a Golf to a newer car and after waiting 3 weeks for the day, took the day off, got another person with me to drop both cars, got a third friend to drop us home, just to be told we don't do transfers and I would have to fit their own dual controls for a lot more than we originally agreed over the phone.

A member of their staff had my both cars in the system so they booked me in just to be told on the day by the "boss" that they don't do transfers..it it was it is, you can leave if you are not happy". They were overbooked for the day as my cars were not even on the technician's list and they were shocked when I turned up on the day.
Really unprofessional from the staff and the "boss" particularly who was rude and literally turned his back and asked me to leave if I'm not happy.
