3 tipper rear facing seats, including seat belts

I have MS, sometimes I use a walker and othertimes I need a wheelchair. I've been searching for a suitable car and adaptations for about 4 months. I researched adaptations and car models and ended up more knowledgeable but quite confused. OC cars were on my list and I'm so sorry I didn't visit them at the outset. From my initial phone call on, Fiona put me at ease, nothing was too much hassle. It was fantastic to speak to a person rather than a machine. When I walked into the 'shop' I was surprised and thrilled to see a selection of wheelchairs and scooters. Great selection at great prices so I'll be able to source that from them as well. Tanya, the executive advisor spent an hour with me talking through my challenges and potential adaptations for me to consider. She promptly emailed me with the price and photos of the adaptations we'd discussed. She went through the many follow up questions I had and showed me various cars so I saw the actual adaptations which gave me a hands on perspective of what I needed. Fiona and Tanya are so welcoming and patient. They sell adapted cars but their advice is impartial. They genuinely focus on what your driving needs are, not a hard sell. A breath of fresh air in my long search.

OC Cars really looked after me when I was getting a car I went in to look at there cars found one I liked and days later the trade in was arranged for me all the paper work was done by Tanya and Fiona who really looked after me as I would never have got true the paper work by self.They make you feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and they check up on you after all is gone through to make sure all is ok.100% I will only be dealing with OC Cars from know on.
