1994 VW Caravelle Camper for sale, all expected extras including comfortable bed, fridge, gas hob inside and out . Pop up roof to provide either storage or another sleeping area, LED lights throughout, leisure battery and 200W solar panel for off grid camping and shore connecting to connect to mains at campsite etc. Complete with tow bar, reversing camera. This vehicle attracts low insurance £300 and classic vehicle tax £56 1994 VW 1.9ltr Turbo diesel engine with 165000 miles on clock, this is the original engine with a 5 speed manual gearbox. Drives well but do not expect rocket performance, will happily pull all day at 60-70 mph giving great fuel economy The camper looks fantastic but it is 30 years old and has issues you would expect with a vehicle of this age. There are areas of paint that need touch up and steel wheels might need repainting though all four tyres are brand new. This camper has failed the CVT, most of the work has been done costing nearly 4000 Euros but it still needs welding to the rear corners before it will pass CVT. New metal panels are supplied to finish the welding work. This is a perfect project for someone before the summer and will result in a fantastic little camper again. Unfortunately i need the space and family commitments are forcing this reluctant sale. I am looking for 10000 or a very near offer and need a quick sale. ** Just to clarify as people are asking, both rear corners need an amount of welding to pass the CVT, i have added photos I had initially been quoted by a garage in Galway up to 2000 Euro to complete work. **
