FIAT DUCATO 1996 6 BERTH NO CVRT

I am selling my FIAT DUCATO 1996 2.5 TDI motorhome. It didn’t pass the CVRT, and honestly, I don’t have the time to deal with repairs. I’m sharing the CVRT report attached. I don’t know the exact technical terms, but there is an issue around the front wheel area (I’ve shared the photos). Also, it needs some welding work. I recorded a video as best as I could.
