Fiat Ducato Maxi Camper, camper on logbook full engineers report available. 3 berth. Runs and drives very well great reliable van, converted 3 years ago originally a crew cab van with professionally fitted side windows with sliding opening. Quality conversion with modern wooden flooring and grey carpet on sides and roof blinds also grey in colour, water tank slung underneath as well as 2 leisure batteries underneath which gives great space inside. Rear wooden bed frame lats can also be completely removed easily if you need to carry something in the back. Fixed Double bed with full size mattress very comfortable not small padded foam mattress, fold out single bed which fits on the floor space. There is also a small bunk under the double bed that can fit a child. dc/ac inverter so fridge can run constant while travelling as well as wild camping for a few days no problem, split charge relay also fitted. Cassette toilet with cassette being removed externally not internally into the van. No shower fitted or water heater as we only used in summer and typically went to campsites and used shower facilities on site. Double gas hob and sink. Swivel seats in front and double seat behind with seat belts van can carry 4 people. Van itself has only 249km, nice fresh body work was fully resprayed by previous owner, is fully serviced and recently had timing belt kit fitted. We will be sad to see this go we have great holidays in it all around Ireland and France but due to family size increasing we decided to buy a caravan. Taxed and CVRT until May 2026. Van chassis is in excellent condition, there is a little rust on the drivers sill which may need to be looked at before the next CVRT. I can allow for the cost of this repair in price reduction if I don’t get it sorted before sale. This is a common issue on these Fiat ducato vans.
