2008 Mercedes Vito 3.0 V6 Campervan – Pop Top – Project (campervan on log book) 2008 Mercedes Vito 3.0 V6 diesel campervan for sale. This is a fully converted pop-top camper that sleeps 4 (2 downstairs and 2 upstairs). It has served us well but, due to the cost of repairs, I've decided to sell it as a project rather than fix it. The camper includes: Pop-top roof Rock and roll bed Sleeps 4 3 front seats and 2 rear travelling seats with seatbelts Electric fridge 2-burner gas hob Sink Vango drive away awning Clean, tidy interior The van starts and runs, but it does require work and is being sold as is. Known issues: Front coil spring needs replacement Power steering pump needs replacement Passenger window regulator faulty Rear sliding door latch occasionally doesn't engage properly on the kitchen side so wasnt a big issue for us Age-related paint fading and general cosmetic marks 224,000 km CVRT expires on the 22nd of this month. Not putting it through as is. This is not a perfect camper, so please don't expect one. However, it has a solid camper conversion and would make an excellent project for someone with mechanical knowledge or someone looking for a well-priced camper to improve over time.
