Great service at Rathcoole commercial. I brought my van in with an issue another garage didn't fix. Whilst they didn't fix it with their first attempt, they only charged me once and made sure the issue was fixed. The staff were friendly organised and helpful throughout.

Zero stars. Do not use this company.

After the latest debacle, the trust in using this company is completely gone.

I was left with a significant bill for work that was never authorised.

Their manager, Shane, is condescending, disingenuous and unprofessional, to say the least.

I used this place for over 10 years but the standard in service has rapidly declined. Either they are taking on too much work or its a case of abyssmal management, or both.

Will never use this company again.

Employee Beware
Took a job with this company to affect change. Was giving all the promises of the sun moon and the stars. Before starting.

I was advised be a number of people not to take the role that the company has a revolving door policy. But did I listen no I didn’t because of false promises.

Since joining the company there has being such a high turn over of staff. I tried to affect a historical change of attitude and mindset within the company but upon voicing my opinion it seems it didn’t fit with the narrative of the MD

I could go on and on about there downfalls and failings but that isn’t what this review is about il allow people form there own opinions

This is just advise for people leaving steady employment to join this company Be advised do not take the role. Once you get close on finishing your probation they will without warning terminate your contact and you will be left like myself with a house and kids to feed but be just without cause your contract terminated.

There have being any number of staff layed off since the new GM  took over, just think before jumping like I did.

Going here for 4 years and never passed the test first time they always find something to fail you on
