Camper awning - Read add

Camper van awning, Outdoor Revolution 3XL. Comes with inflation pump and groundsheet. This is an inflatable driveaway awning. Can be left standing while the camper goes on a trip. This is an older awning, and it's starting to let some water in when it rains. There's no holes or tears but I've read that as they get older water can seep in. Fine for an extra space to sit but no longer good for sleeping in, so we want to upgrade. It's in good condition, no damage but does have some marks on it.
