You can fit a double bed in the annex. The caravan is old but sound and dry. Has fridge 3 ring hob grill and oven. Has cassette toilet all is working fine. Oh yes getting back to the awning it has ground sheet and skirt for under caravan and also we have a foam type tiles that interlock. These tiles cover the ground sheet giving a very comfortable and dry floor area. This is an ideal set up for the world of camping. Phone for more details
