Almost new just used twice.. in perfect condition its a 4 man.. would suit 2 adults and 2 kids only selling because i bought an awning for my van and extra bedroom.. which suits me better.. Easily put up and down i actually can manage it myself .. when camping on my own.. you are welcome to see it put up.. its back on my roof but have not used it this year yet.. i can deliver within reason or meet halfway.. it also has the extra awning similar to the one in the photo that goes around the bottom.. i have never used it just out of the bag to have a look..
