Yurt Woodland 16ft

We are selling our yurt, 4 years old. Made from Paul King's Woodland yurts in the UK. He is one of the best yurt makers for UK and Irish weather. See his website for further info on materials. The frame is made from solid Ash. The timber is all in perfect condition. It has a 12oz cotton canvas. The yurt is fully breathable. The floor comes in 8 triangular bolted sections (spent over a €1000 on it) made from treated 4x2s and osb board with 100mm kingspan insulation. The yurt is very warm when you have a stove lit or have an electric heater on a timer. The yurt can be taken down and moved in one day.It all fits in to a van or a trailer. Comes with a custom made kitchenette including sink and tape, possibility of adding a 2 ring gas cooker( not included), also some furniture, comfy armchair, 2 chest of drawers, custom made kitchen dresser. We used the yurt as an airbnb, fetching good money if done right. Due to lack of time due to our respective jobs, we decided to sell our yurt.
