Ordered skirts, got the wrong ones, 1 fella was quite rude and no help whatsoever, told me he didn't have what I ordered and the boss would ring me, didn't pass on any info then after. Rang back the following day and got to deal with Mark (I think is his name) and he saved the day, sorted out the right stock, communicated well throughout the day and got what I needed the next day.
