My second experience was just as good and I would award 6 stars if I could.. Ed and his team deliver a professional but most importantly a friendly service. Fantastic thanks to the Tricam Team for repairing my van so promptly. They completed all my repairs and also those I had not identified. Eddie gave me a date and on arrival Mark started the repairs. I rarely give reviews but The Tricam deserve 5 stars from me.

Woke up in the caravan to find the Thetford loo cassette not working. Phoned round no joy. Eddie at Tricam was most helpful, ‘I won’t see you stuck’. Lent me the same model whilst they try to source or repair ours. Great service indeed.

The team are absolutely lovely at Tricam and helped us choose the perfect caravan to suit our needs. The team were very knowledgeable and also insured that we got the right caravan (in regards to towing weight etc) for our car. Being first time caravaners, we had lots of probably ‘silly’ questions but the team and Eddie had no problem answering them all and making us feel at ease. On the day we collected our caravan, Eddie took us through everything we needed to know, and assured us that if we had any issues we could contact him. We were also given a starter pack which included a water tank, toilet cassette, electrical lead etc. which was a nice touch. The caravan was sold to us with 12 months warranty which we have had to use, but the team were very quick and efficient at sorting our issue. I have no doubt this would be the same in the future. I would have no issue recommending Tricam. Thanks again.
