2012 Bailey Olympus 2 530/4 fixed bed caravan

Hi we're selling our Bailey Olympus II 530/4 caravan, comes with polled awning and groundsheet. It lives in its own shelter so not out in the elements while not in use. Fixed bed with full size underbed storage accessible from inside or from outside door, complete with wet tray for wet items. Mattress and base rises on assisted rams. Full width rear bathroom with full size shower. Galley kitchen with 3 way fridge, gas cooker,grille and hob, built in microwave and sink. We've never used the cooker apart from an odd pizza reheating. Folding table fits into kitchen unit. 2 way water heater(gas or 220volt) Trauma heater gas or 220volt. Led lighting throughout. Front seating area has the optional chest of drawers, this has a built in extendable table. This optional unit can be removed and the area becomes a U shaped seating area. Extra cushions for this are here too. Seating area can be 2 single beds or a double across, with the unit removed it becomes a kingsize bed. We looked hard to find a caravan that would have a fixed bed layout along with 2 singles for the kids. I'll upload more pictures with front beds made tomorrow Privacy blind & door separates bedroom from main caravan. Fly screens and black out blinds on all windows, doors and rooflights. Fixed curtains to all windows. Factory fitted radio and cd player. Loads of overhead storage, under seat storage and full height wardrobe beside fixed bed. Will have a new battery fitted before its sold. The technical stuff! Nearly new tyres sit on alloy wheels, brakes pull really well, 1275kgs in running order & maximum mass of 1443 kgs. We mostly pull it with a 1.5 diesel 2 wheel drive Ford Kuga and its no bother to it. Anti sway hitch. All lights working. Comes with long 220volt lead, fresh water barrel, waste water barrel, kettle, toaster, gas bottle, leveling pads, towing mirrors, full awning with poles and ground sheets etc. Will also come with hitch lock and dummy ball to go into hitch for security .
